Yoga for Stress Management- week 2

Are you stressed out?

 Do you suffer from stress related symptoms like tight jaw and shoulders, digestive issues, and anxiety?

Repeated and prolonged stress can deplete your reserves and bring on many health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure and headaches. You can’t always control the amount of stress in your life, but you can control the ways you manage it. This class series is designed to rebuild healthy reserves and teach you how to do so on your own.

During the 5 week series, you will be guided through a combination of specific asanas known for reducing stress, breath work, and restorative poses will be the focus of each class.   We will talk about the stress reaction, its purpose (including the positives), and how to work with it, not against it.  $75 for 5 weeks.
