Yoga of Living 10-Week Immersion

The system of Yoga is more than the postural sequences most associated with this practice. Yogic teachings and the living practices from Ayurveda can help you:

This 10-week series includes weekly hour (or so) long phone sessions that will teach you the basic premise of Ayurveda and incorporate some teachings from the Yogic Tradition. You will learn how it can help you have more energy, more success and how to apply it to your daily living. Handouts and great recipes included. You will also have an online community to interact with throughout the 10 weeks to help you stay focused, ask questions and get extra tips and suggestions from me.

Zaidee is the owner of Align Again Yoga and is completely fascinated with how humans can live in total harmony with themselves and the world around them. She discovered Yoga in her late 20’s and has been teaching yoga asana since 2004. Zaidee’s classes are a blend of her favorite subjects: biomechanics, eating well, and the life lessons she learns through the teachings of Yoga…oh…and stories about her cats. This immersion reflects the way Zaidee has incorporated Yoga and Ayurveda into her own life.
