Join Haley for a moderately challenging flow followed by a peaceful + restorative transition into your evening. We'll begin class with an intention setting meditation, focusing on what we are grateful for in the day past, letting go of any stale energy, and offering ourselves a fresh and mindful start to the day ahead. Our flow will be a mix of vinyasa + hatha based yoga that welcomes intuitive movement and connecting with the breath. We will wind down with some juicy stretching and restorative postures, a lovely way to end the day and prepare the body for a restful night's sleep. This class is suitable for beginner-intermediate students.
