8 Week Yoga Series for People in Recovery from Addiction

When your life is starting to become more manageable it is time to take your recovery to the next level.

These hour-long classes will include asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), chanting, meditation, yogic teachings and healthy living tips to help you strengthen your system and support your healing process.

Addiction is an imbalance of the whole system, so every aspect of one’s life must be consciously addressed if true healing is to occur. Yoga is a complete system to help support and tune the body, mind and spirit.

Starts Tuesday, March 6th 8-9am and goes for 8 weeks. This series is designed in a sequence and is most effective when done as a whole.

$96 for 8 weeks, $16 drop in (if you are experiencing financial hardship, scholarships and other assistance may be offered)
